Question by rv: Does anyone have century indemnity company for their insurance? I just recently got into a car accident and the lady that hit my car is at fault. And her insurance company is century indemnity, but i cant seem to find the phone number for it. And i can’t get a hold of the lady to ask her. So Does anyone know the number? Thanks.

Question by : My apartment is requiring 0k property insurance policy for the building if I am at fault. Is this legal? To renew my apartment lease, the management is making me to take out a 100K property liability insurance policy that covers water, fire, smoke, or explosion damage to their building. Is this legal? This policy is not to be confused with renters insurance which would cover my property.

Question by Average American 1124: How are forced health insurance and auto insurance the same? Many on here say that forced health insurance i sthe same as auto insurance, but how is that?
I do not need auto insurance if I do not own a car. I make that choice whether to drive or not. I do not get fined if I don’t have a car for not having auto insurance.
So in what way are these in any way the same?
